Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery on domestic US orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be subject to a $25 postage rate.

We aim to dispatch your order by the end of the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

All orders are shipped from Australia.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided our carrier and cannot be guaranteed by navis marine.

 

Please be advised that orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or BFPO/APO/Military addresses.

 

Orders to the United States over $100 may take longer to be delivered due to customs clearance and the customer will be contacted by Fedex to provide their Federal Tax ID to clear customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you need to return a product for a refund, you can do so by completing the Returns Form within 30 days of purchase.

Simple 4-step returns process:

  • Complete the Returns Form & click the SUBMIT button.

  • We will email you a Returns Order Slip.

  • Print your Returns Order Slip, enclose with the item(s) that you wish to return & send to your regional Navis Marine Head Office.

  • Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be issued within 7 days.

Please note that you will be responsible for the delivery charges associated with returning the product to us. Please note that applicable Tax & Duty are non-refundable.

Products must be returned in original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Products must be unworn, unwashed and in a fully resalable condition. Returned items must be accompanied by all packaging, swing-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. Product packaging should be left unmarked with no stamps or labels affixed. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled. Items can be returned using the same delivery packaging it was delivered in, however please note that any items returned with postage labels attached directly to the product packaging will not be accepted for refund.

Returns will be inspected on arrival, and if the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued for the returned products within 7 business days. Refunds are credited back to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

Instead of exchanges, we now offer a more efficient process – send your unwanted product to us for a refund and place your order for the replacement directly on navismarine.com. This means you'll get your replacement product much quicker!
