SLEEVE
Start with the end of the tape measure on the backbone at the nape or your neck. The measure should then run over the top of the shoulder (following a seam line, if one were to be there), down the arm to just below the wrist bone.
CHEST
The chest measurement is taken at the fullest point of a person's chest, usually around the nipples. Lift up your arms and wrap the tape measure around the back and to the front. Have the tape snug around your chest, but not tight.
WAIST
Find the bottom of your ribs and the top of your hips.Place a tape measure around your middle at a point halfway between them (just above the belly button).Make sure it’s pulled tight, but isn’t digging into your skin.Breathe out naturally and take your measurement.
HIPS
Stand up straight with your legs together.
Wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips (over your bottom)
INSEAM
The inseam is the distance from the uppermost part of your thigh to your ankle. It is easiest to measure the inseam based on a well-fitting pair of pants. Measure from the crotch to the cuff on the inside seam of the leg. The number of inches, to the nearest ½”, is the inseam length.
